I have a plumbing emergency, what should I do?

Once that is done, give us a call, no matter what the day or time is. We will be there rapidly to fix the leak.

While you are waiting for the plumber to arrive, clear away any important items close to the leak, and mop up any water or put a bucket to catch any drips. If you turned the mains water off, switch off the heating for the hot water as well.

Help, I don’t know where the main water shutoff valve is!
